The training topics are classified into each elements of PDSA (Plan Do Study Adjust) cycle as follow:

Identify the problem to be examined and to brainstorm potential causes for the problem then formulate a hypothesis & problem statement

Go to Do

Do

Establish experimental success criteria and then design experiment to test hypothesis. Implement the experiment/ solution on a trial or pilot basis.

Go to Study

Study

Measure how effective the pilot solution has been, and gather together any learnings from it that could make it even better.

Go to Adjust

Adjust

Take action based on what you learned in the study step and use it to plan new improvements, beginning the cycle again.

We started with providing public training which categorized in PDSA (Plan Do Study Adjust) cycle. Our public training program makes it possible for any organizations with few people needs to join a particular training program. We open the training for any organizations therefore anyone from any organization can get together and join the training program.
