Lucy is one of four founding partners of éclat Consulting. Trained as an engineer, she attacks her work systematically at speed that no novice consultant can do effectively. Her ability to juggle many tasks without dropping any, makes her the ideal person for COO role at éclat Consulting.
Lucy’s professional experience spans over 15 years in many roles, with many accomplishments. Few highlight worthy experiences, out of many, are:
- Project Leader on Organizational Transformation at Herbamed Indonesia, one of the biggest and growing Chinese Traditional Medicine and Therapy producer and supplier in Semarang, Central Java.
- One of the facilitator on Performance Driven Competency Development Program at PT. Sysmex Indonesia, Indonesians largest supplier of hematology instrumentation.
- Project Manager, Consultant and Facilitator at Adaro, Indonesia’s second largest Coal Mining company. She lead a mix team of Adaro HR personnel, external Facilitators and some of our own consultants.Number of trainees is in excess of hundreds, ranging from supervisors all the way up to Directors and General Managers.
