Ferry Irawan, graduated from what considered to be Indonesian best university: Universitas Indonesia, is one of the four founding partner of éclat Consulting. He majored in Library and Information Science. Among his many roles in the company, he provides (design & develop) training materials for our clients.
He is a compulsive reader. He also enjoys watching movies, mainly those that make it into Box Office list. He put these experiences into a good use in his work as case studies, stories, and games in training sessions he designed. He spends his weekends biking with both children.

- Design and develop Performance Driven Competency Development Program at PT Sysmex Indonesia, largest hematology laboratory equipment in the country.
- Serve as Project Leader to implement Corporate Culture Development effort at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia, largest car manufacturer in Indonesia.
