Ferry Irawan, graduated from one of Indonesia’s most prestigious universities, Universitas Indonesia, majoring in Library and Information Science. He is one of the four founding partner of éclat Consulting and currently serves as the Chief Innovation Officer, leading the design and development of innovative learning solutions for clients across industries.
In his role, Ferry specializes in designing and developing impactful training materials and strategic people development programs. A passionate and compulsive reader, he continuously translates insights from diverse sources into powerful case studies, engaging stories, and experiential learning games used in the training sessions he designs.
Some of his professional experiences:
- Design and develop Performance Driven Competency Development Program at PT Sysmex Indonesia, largest hematology laboratory equipment in the country.
- Serve as Project Leader to implement Corporate Culture Development effort at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia, largest car manufacturer in Indonesia.
- Lead Corporate Culture Implementation, People Development Programs, and Values Internalization initiatives as Project Leader at PT Pertamina (Persero) and several of its subsidiaries, strengthening organizational alignment and performance.
